Body Contouring

Non-surgical shaping for the areas that keep their shape whatever the scale says.

TIME
30–45 min
CONSULTATION
Complimentary

For people at or near a weight they are happy with, whose complaint is shape — a lower-tummy pouch, flanks, inner thighs, upper arms. Device sessions such as cavitation, radiofrequency tightening and, where suitable, fat freezing reduce and firm the area gradually. It is not weight loss and it is not surgery, and the assessment says plainly which — if either — fits you. Also searched as body fat reduction, abdominal fat removal and slimming therapy. It shapes a treated area; it is not a weight-loss treatment and we will say so at the assessment.

What you’ll notice

Shapes specific areas rather than chasing the scale
Modality chosen at assessment, not at the front desk
Gradual, natural-looking change with no downtime
Honest triage — we say when contouring is not the answer

Glow

Aftercare and follow-ups to protect and extend your results.

How it works

  • The assessment decides the modality — cavitation for gradual reduction, radiofrequency for firmness, cryolipolysis for discrete pinchable pockets
  • Sessions work on the superficial fat layer and the skin above it, not on deep abdominal fat
  • Change accumulates across the course as the body clears treated fat and remodels collagen
  • Fixed-point measurements and photographs at reviews show what the sessions actually did

Sessions & downtime

Cavitation and radiofrequency courses commonly run 8–10 sessions of 30 to 45 minutes; cryolipolysis, where it is the better fit, works in one or two longer sittings per area judged over the following weeks. Which applies to you is decided at the assessment, not at the front desk.

Effectively none. Sessions are comfortable, any redness or tenderness settles quickly, and normal life continues the same day.

Is this suitable for Indian skin?

Contouring devices work on fat and collagen, not pigment, so deeper skin tones do not carry the added risks they do with lasers. Settings are still introduced gradually and skin response is checked at every session.

Aftercare

  • Stay at a steady weight through the course — contouring cannot outwork weight change
  • Drink water normally and keep lightly active after sessions
  • Expect gradual change judged at reviews, not a different silhouette in the mirror that evening
  • Report anything at the treated area that feels wrong or lasts beyond a couple of days

When we would not treat

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Significant overall weight to lose — the medical weight programme comes first, honestly said at assessment
  • Expecting surgical-scale change — honest contouring is gradual and moderate, and we say so before you spend anything
  • Active skin infection, a hernia at the site, or an implanted electrical device where radiofrequency is involved

Frequently asked

Is body contouring the same as liposuction?

No. Liposuction is surgery that removes fat in one procedure; non-surgical contouring reduces and firms an area gradually across sessions, with no anaesthetic and no recovery time. Where someone genuinely wants surgical-scale change, we say so rather than selling a course that will disappoint.

Who is body contouring for?

Someone at or near a comfortable weight with a specific area that bothers them. If there is significant weight to lose first, contouring is the wrong starting point — that is a medical weight question, and the assessment will redirect you honestly.

What does it cost?

Device sessions start at ₹2,000, paid per session. Cryolipolysis, where recommended, is priced per area. Either way the plan and its cost are set out in writing after the assessment, and nothing is packaged upfront.

When will I see results?

Gradually — cavitation and radiofrequency build across the course, and cryolipolysis shows its change over eight to twelve weeks. Progress is judged on measurements and photographs at reviews, because that is evidence and the mirror is mood.

Which treatment will I actually be given?

That is what the assessment is for. The choice depends on the area, how the fat sits, your skin, and your medical history — not on which machine has spare capacity that week. Sometimes the honest recommendation is none of them.

Is it safe?

These are established non-surgical devices with a good safety record when used on the right person — which is what the screening is for. The exclusions listed above are real, and pregnancy and breastfeeding always wait.
