What we collect
Through our enquiry and booking forms: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, the area you are contacting us from, and the details you choose to share about your concern — for example the condition, your age and your preferred appointment time.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or medical records through this website.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your enquiry, arrange or confirm an appointment, and answer questions you have asked. The concern details you share help the clinical team prepare for your consultation.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Consent and withdrawal
Submitting an enquiry form is your consent for us to contact you about that enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us, after which we will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry record unless we are required to retain it.
Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored in our secure database and in the customer-relationship system our clinic uses to manage appointments. Access is limited to clinic staff who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to function, along with basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use tracking that identifies you personally.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you.
